About the Trainer
When I was a kid growing up in the south bronx ny, gyms were owned by guys in sweats and t-shirts, not suits and ties. They knew you by your name, not your membership number. I want you to feel the same way when you join my team. You won’t get scared to death walking in or bored to death working out. The most important thing to know is this – anyone can learn how to box. Boxing may be a science, but it isn’t rocket science. No matter what your Athletic IQ is, i can teach you how to pick up your hands and defend yourself. Learning how to box can be intimidating enough. Where you do it shouldn’t be.
